Job Description

You will be responsible for developing the communications strategy and activities to drive internal and external employer branding. The candidate will assist with 16TWO branding and develop content to build awareness and brand love that will cultivate and promote employee retention and job opportunities. 

Your experience as a HR Generalist will be a value add to this role.  
 
Below are the roles to assist the Head of Department in :-

Talent Attraction/Employer Branding
  •  Build attraction strategy, implement employer branding initiatives to ensure 16TWO attracts the right talent for the right job, to meet today’s and future needs
  • Planning, establishing and overseeing the agency’s social media presence on Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and Website. 
  • Developing, planning and managing on-ground and online campaign activations to promote career opportunities at the agency. 
  • Writes creative, persuasive copy for various social media platforms and develop creative video ideation for attraction and retention of talent.
  • Design and monitor key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of employment branding efforts, social media and other talent attraction initiatives 
  • Initiate and manage employee-focus events for the agency.
 
Human Resource 
  • Involve in strategic HR planning to support agency goals & organization changes. 
  • Manage employee life cycle, from recruiting - work closely with and support hiring managers to prepare and post job advertisement, screening of applications and shortlisting candidates to be interviewed, interviewing candidates with hiring manager, to offering of candidates and onboarding and offboarding. The employees will range from Associates to Directors.
  • Research and development of new sourcing strategies to provide a robust, qualified and diverse candidate pool.
  • Support quarterly, half-yearly and annual performance management review process for the agency. 
  • Provides support to various HR initiatives, projects and policies to ensure smooth implementation of HR practices in the agency.
  • Anticipate and address HR related trends and issues impacting the business and provide insights, recommendations, plans, tools and solutions.
  • Confident in dealing with senior level staff and ability to communicate in a crisp, concise and professional manner.
  • Skilled at anticipating problems, creating contingency plans, managing multiple priorities, problem solving and organizing logistics.
  • Ability to handle responsibilities independently, while exercising good judgment in problem solving and keeping your head of department adequately informed.

Job Requirements

Preferred Qualifications 
  • Bachelor degree in a HR management, HR development or a related field discipline preferred.
  • At least 2 years working experience in HR/Talent Management/Employer Branding 
  • Possess functional knowledge of core HR areas preferably an experienced HR generalist. 
     Possess a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, the professionalism in dealing with sensitive situations is important. 
  • Excellent written and verbal skills as well as prioritization and planning skills – with strong attention to detail.
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Positive working attitude
  • A hands-on person that is proactive, driven and resourceful
  • Strong in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good knowledge of employment regulations & practices
  • Pleasant personality with good communication skills
  • Meticulous, resourceful, independent & people oriented
