Job Description

• Campaign ideation and conceptualisation. 
• Well-versed with writing content for different social and digital platforms. To understand the difference between the right content for social, digital and traditional media. 
• Showcase a deep understanding of suitable advertising copies for different platforms such as (but not limited to) Google and Facebook, and the different types and formats of ads available such as (but not limited to) display, text ads, carousel ads, video ads, etc. 
• Create and development concepts and various content for multiple clients from different industries.
• Collaborate closely with other departments within the organisation to provide content for digital and social campaigns that will consist of

1. Creative ideation and concept
2. Content structuring & writing for microsites, landing pages and website
3. Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) 
4. Content writing & copy optimisation for social & digital ads
5. Conceptualisation & scriptwriting for videos 
6. Content strategy for e-commerce (Buyers Persona, Call-to-Action & Cross-Selling)

• Experience in developing and delivering effective, persuasive, professional presentations to internal and external senior management contacts 
• Highly articulate and skilled in the use of language, with a solid grounding in the English and Bahasa Malaysia languages (including accuracy or spelling, grammar and proof reading), plus the grasp of the nuances and subtleties of the English and Bahasa Malaysia languages.

• A Bachelor's Degree in English / Marketing / Advertising / Mass Communications or similar qualification. 
• 1 - 3 years’ wide ranging experience in the advertising/marketing industry.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision and strong organisational skills
• Good communication and strong analytical skills. 
• Excellent verbal communication skills. 
• Enthusiastic, proactive and ability to work well as part of a team. 
• The ability to deliver copy quickly and accurately, ensuring all revenue and budget considerations are maximized 
• Must be highly organized and possess ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and able to cope with stress.
