Position Summary:
The Brand Marketing Manager ensures the efficient execution of business plans in order to meet future brand expectations and targets. You will also ensure brand integrity by guiding and supervising efforts across multiple channels. You must be forward-thinking to anticipate future trends and success of a product or service.
You will be tasked with key client communication and strategic plan development (including conducting research and making marketing recommendations).
The role requires the ability to provide a clear roadmap that orchestrates all relevant channels and tactics (i.e. websites, content marketing, networking on social media, e-commerce, search and social advertising, SEO, marketing automation, apps, media/blogger outreach, etc.) into one actionable plan while ensuring that a brand’s integrity.
To be able to strategize using digital channels is a plus point, but it is the ability to learn and apply digital learnings fast that is pivotal.
Responsible for:
- Strategic engagement with clients to provide high-level marketing recommendations
- Develop marketing plan through analysis of current market data and trends.
- Develop and plan positioning recommendations and guide market research analysis to find ways to further enhance the brand of a product or service.
- Supervising campaigns, digital and social assets and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding.
- Development of annual strategic plan deliverables including some or all of the following:
- Secondary (online) research
- Primary research – conducting surveys and focus groups
- Data analysis
- Objective planning
- Report writing
- Formal presentations
- Developing creative briefs and communicating strategic objectives to cross functional teams to ensure projects are completed in alignment with strategy.
- Creating strategies to take advantage of market opportunities
- Providing feedback and insights on the performance of the campaigns for further strategic development and solutions.
